As an Account Development Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for organizations exploring our neuroscience-based leadership solutions. You’ll help prospects understand how our coaching, workshops, and training programs can transform their teams—and you’ll play a key role in expanding our impact across industries.
Identify and engage qualified leads through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries
Craft compelling messaging aligned with our neuroscience driven value proposition
Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to refine targeting and positioning
Schedule discovery calls and support pipeline development for senior consultants
Maintain CRM hygiene and track engagement metrics
2+ years in B2B sales, account development, or client engagement
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Familiarity with leadership development, coaching, or consulting industries
Self-starter mindset with emotional intelligence and curiosity
Experience with High level, or similar platforms is a plus
